YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- Electrical degree from a technical school/college/university
- Good English and German skills in reading/writing• 5+ years of professional experience with electrical systems, in wind or offshore and with HV
- 2+ years in similar position
- Full driver’s license
- IT skills (preferred: SAP, MS Office)
- Proactive decision maker
- Safety focussed with quality in mind
- Accountable person who takes responsibility for operations
- A leader who supports colleagues through effective line management
- Ability to be efficient, keep tasks simple and ensure they are delivered
- Comfortable working offshore, coping with the respective opportunities this brings
- You are highly safety-minded and comfortable working offshore and at heights
- We expect you to have good problem-solving skills and a curiosity towards constantly improving the quality of our services and our work methods
- You are motivated by being part of a high performing team that put proudness into delivering high standards to the benefits of our customer

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for all offshore operations
- Employee line management and development• Production planning and performance
- Planning and execution of servicing and maintenance plans
- Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the SOV
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Facilitate SOV technical focus, team meetings and strategy deployment
- SOV crew interface management
- Contingency planning for vessel operations
- Windfarm downtime management and control
- Promote and lead a positive safety culture
- Turbine inspections, safety walks and auditing
- Continuous Improvement focus with first time fix and service duration
- Participate in morning briefings and toolbox talks
- Planning and coordination of upgrade campaigns
- Operational point of escalation for offshore or vessel related issues
- Oversee management of sub-contractors onboard vessel
