Description:
OFFSITE SOLUTIONS MANAGER
We have an opportunity for an Offsite Solutions Manager to work with SES Engineering Services (SES), and Wates businesses through collaboration, integrated working & engineering excellence to enable OSM solutions at our off-site production facility in Coventry. As Solutions Manager you will be accountable for the integration of M&E offsite solutions for numerous and varied regional projects, managing the Design, Engineering and procurement.
SES is the UK’s pre-eminent design-led Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) provider, specialising in the design and installation of building services and infrastructure solutions.
WORK WINNING
- Be accountable for the Offsite Strategy on any assigned project.
- Collaborate with SES and Wates regional businesses and external customers to develop OSM strategies and solutions for bids & projects.
- Prism / SES Manufacturing technical authority for all bids & projects.
- Contribute to key bids & create bid winning themes/competitive advantage.
- Help drive and develop market and sector based OSM offerings.
- Attend relevant bid launch & settlement events.
- Assist the estimating functions with managing the estimating output process for each allocated project and contribute to the cost preparation as required.
We are looking for you to have a practical background/OSM experience & understanding of estimating, design & BIM preferred, with a Building Services Mechanical technical or practical qualification (HNC or equivalent).
To be successful in the role you will be competent on Microsoft excel and office and have MOSAIC or knowledge of alternative production control system, with attention to detail and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
SES deliver bespoke, design-led cost-efficient solutions optimised for the whole construction team, by maximising off-site manufacture in our production facility, delivering our solutions which minimise onsite resources and interfaces assuring quality and customer satisfaction in a measurable, safe way every time.
In the role of Solutions Manager you be accountable for the integration of M&E offsite solutions for all projects undertaken within a region.
