In the organisation HR Country Services, we are now looking for an experienced and hands-on OHS Officer to continue to drive our Occupational Health and Safety program in Mid Europe. The OHS Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining the Mid Europe OHS policies, guidelines, and procedures.
As our new colleague, you will work together with experienced and committed colleagues and external consultants. You will take directions from the global OHS team and senior management team in Mid Europe, to the OHS network for deliveries across Mid Europe.
The position is fix term, and you will be based in Germany. You will report to Head of HR Country Services Germany & Austria.

As OHS Officer you will:

• Provide OHS advice and guidance to ensure compliance with Group OHS policy.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor systems to support the office and customer site compliance with the Group OHS procedures and local legislation.
• Ensure that an OHS training program is in place to cover the significant risks on office and customer site.
• Audit OHS, register needs, and take necessary actions.
• Improve safety awareness of employees and subcontractors.
• You will implement legal requirements.
• Advice and liaise with relevant stakeholders about legal risks, issues, and improvements.
