Our training and development have won various awards over the years and in 2022 we won Trainer of the year at the Learning Disabilities and Autism awards.
The Care Talent Collective is the first of its kind: an alliance of seven leading care providers in Surrey, led by Active Prospects. The Care Talent Collective has received funding to lead the delivery of Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training across Surrey, and we are looking for an Administrator to support the successful delivery of this high-profile programme.
As our OMMT Administrator, you’ll be part of Active Prospects’ award-winning team. In 2023 we were ranked the No. 1 large care employer in the country in the Great Places to Work survey. We were also recognised for the support we offer to female staff and the wellbeing of our workforce.

In return for your dedicated service you can expect a competitive rate of pay, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption package, Employee Assistance programme with various aspects of free legal support and counselling, support with gaining further qualifications in learning and development, financial awards for successful recruitment referrals and most importantly an inclusive, friendly and supportive environment for you to grow and thrive in.
