JOB OVERVIEW

The Oliver Wyman Forum is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing team to support our global efforts at building leadership communities. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Oliver Wyman Forum Marketing Team in planning and executing global, multi-channel campaigns that are the driving force behind our brand’s success. Your role involves collaborating with colleagues across different teams, including design, editorial, events, marketing, and social media to support all stages of campaign planning and execution.
With your meticulous attention to detail, you will shape compelling messages that resonate with our target audience across various channels. Your insights will inform our marketing strategies and drive measurable results, enhancing our brand’s visibility and reputation, and you will have the opportunity to build a strong network with senior leaders across Oliver Wyman, our client organizations, and the partners we collaborate with.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or Journalism preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing roles (experience in a professional services environment a plus)
  • Experience delivering marketing content for different channels, including social media and web
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Experience with event coordination and execution (in-person and/or virtual) preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with ability to work independently, deliver high-quality, impactful output, think strategically, and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and comfort working in fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the marketing Digital, Operations, Events, Content and Social Media teams to ensure maximum marketing channel success and leveraging of new and innovative mediums.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, social media, newsletters, and client events.
  • Engage in copywriting tasks to create compelling and effective content for diverse marketing materials such as promotional emails, social media posts, and website copy.
  • Support the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and implementing strategies to increase followers and brand awareness.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of client events, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive attendee experience.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization to enhance audience engagement.
  • Establish relationships with Marketing colleagues across Oliver Wyman’s global Marketing team and support internal marketing efforts to amplify Oliver Wyman Forum’s insights and plans
