Description:

We are looking for a commercially focused and dynamic FMCG leader to head up a channel, energize a team and craft future Omni-Channel B2B Sales in DACH.
Along with outstanding leadership and a clear vision to impact the sales agenda this position will also add a key voice in the Europe Central Leadership Team as well as the Sales Leadership Team, responsible for building and maintaining partnerships and implementing a joint value to drive business growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Driving ongoing strategic development of our Omni-Channel Retailer landscape (Drug Stores, Grocery, Hypers, Discount and Department Stores).
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Channel against sales and profitability objectives providing channel inputs into the annual business and channel strategy planning.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals covering different levels and upskilling their overall competence
  • Lead the strategic joint business agenda with customers developing annual business plans and develop better quality of relationships
  • Facilitate integration between key retailers, licensing partners, and internal partners to drive effective and constructive collaboration.
  • Act as an active member and strategic contributor to the Leadership Team.
