Job Summary: The Omnichannel Analyst contributes to Mattress Firm’s success by ensuring improved visibility/documentation of vendor performance issues and execution of performance improvement plans with vendor partners, in partnership with Merchandising, Inventory/Planning and Supply Chain internal business partners. This individual works closely with vendor partners on key collaboration activities, while also proactively managing compliance and ensuring accountability to key KPIs. The Omnichannel Analyst collaborates and influences across multiple functional areas, facilitating open discussion and building relationships.

EDUCATION

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree Supply Chain, Business, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ Years related experience required

Pay Range:
$50,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve compliance issues/discrepancies with cross-functional teams through root cause analysis and address accountability with internal and external partners.
  • Lead monthly scorecard meetings with vendor partners to discuss KPI s and actionable solutions to improve performance metrics.
  • Review scorecards and update performance metrics and reports with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Provide strategic review of operation and cost analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) for review by business leaders.
  • Manage projects related to vendor accountability that impact business operations.
  • Manage small parcel freight services including billing, reporting, and analysis as needed.
  • Manage projects with internal teams to implement Supply Chain solutions.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure proper deductions are made, if needed, and all supporting documentation is included.
  • Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, project teams, and other departments within the organization.
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards as well as appropriate brand representation.
  • Complete all required training modules prior to due date.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising partners to facilitate a healthy Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate and work effectively with Merchandising and Supply Chain partners to deliver on key performance metrics and deliver on the goal of consistently maximizing sales and minimizing or avoiding future problems.
  • Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
