YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We are looking for a 12 months maternity cover for the role of Omnichannel CX Campaign Manager. You will be reporting to the Director of OC CX Campaigns and Content and will play a critical role within the OC CX Campaigns and Content Team. OC CX Campaigns and Content is the main area in the Marketing Operations team, a strategic pillar within the Global Customer Experience team which sits in Global Strategic Marketing. The team focuses on omnichannel content and campaign production and delivery, with full integration with global brand teams and affiliates.
The position is based in Copenhagen.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are looking for a highly engaged and dynamic individual, who will play an important part in working cross-functionally with major stakeholders across the business in order to drive digital transformation and ensure change management & organizational adoption of omnichannel campaigns. You will partner with relevant internal stakeholders including Global Brand Teams, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Legal.
Furthermore, the OC CX Campaign Manager will collaborate with the Global Engagement Leads to ensure a compact and solid campaign planning in key affiliates.
The ideal candidate possesses a broad strategic insight and understanding of key trends and partnerships in the industry whilst also having the ability to identify opportunities and integrate them into the campaign journeys to accelerate Lundbeck´s omnichannel transformation.
The candidate will also function as Product Owner (PO) for campaigns in our agile way of working, representing the team and engaging with the other Product Owners and Scrum Master’s across workstreams.

As main responsibilities, the OC CX Campaign Manager will:

  • Lead the Journey Creation Workstream.
  • Own overall campaign planning and execution across organization.
  • Identify improvement areas and optimize processes & performance based on insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Be responsible for all global Neurology campaigns:
  • Manage campaign planning from ideation to content delivery to the campaign factory.
  • Identify customer needs, create customer journeys and ensures consistent brand experiences based on the global brand strategy.
  • Lead campaign ideation and co-creations with affiliates for strategic brands in collaboration with Global Engagement Leads.
