Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently looking for a Multichannel Marketing Intern to join our New Cardiology division, in our offices in Milan.
The successful candidate will be offered a 6-month fixed term internship (with the possibility of extension to further 6 months), where they will learn and expand experiences in the Multichannel Marketing field.

WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Support driving New Cardio customer programs planning and execution: collaborating and coordinating with other functions (Marketing&Communication, Finance, Medical Affairs, etc.) to design the strategy, releasing schedule, programming milestones and deliverables.
  • Structuring the New Cardio Customer Programs Online Calendar: mapping EMEA & Local events, driving discussions with communication agencies and preparing official New Cardio internal communication to EMEA countries.
  • Building the New Cardio Customer Programs Toolbox, securing brand consistency across EMEA countries: working closely with Marketing & Communication team to build the toolbox, supporting materials such as adverts, animations and e-invite templates.
  • Support on NewCardio social media content creation and publishing: creating an editorial calendar with all organic posts of the division, getting the content validated by franchise and Marketing & Communication teams, perform benchmark with the competitors’ behavior and propose ideas on how to improve company social media presence.
