Position: OMS Clerk - Nights
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Mon-Fri - 40hrs per week - Nights
Location: Northampton, NN4 9BD
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a KPI Performance Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Data engineering experience
- Experience in an analytics tool (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
- Proven Experience in dealing with large amounts of data and providing trend analyses with high level summary of the key drivers
- An individual who is results driven, demonstrates, tenacity, drive and perseverance, with the ability to deliver in a complex, highly demanding environment
- Resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding positively

Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE:
- Analytics is set to be a key source of competitive advantage for DHL within the industry and we are at the heart of this, creating value, driving value for our customer Morrisons being more efficient and agile by delivering rapid actionable insight, enabling a controlled self-service analytics revolution and building transformational analytics solutions supported by best in class analytics technology, processes and people.
- This role is to support the implementation of Data analytics within EU MIS Team and driving value in the business using data.
- To be successful in the role, it will be necessary to have data engineering experience and worked or have an understanding of agile methodology; Having experience in an analytics tool (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) and SQL is desirable. Demonstration that the candidate is pro-actively improving their skills in that area is key to the role.
- You will also need a fascination with new innovations, learning about analytical models, data engineering models, a hunger to go out and find the latest solutions, a willingness to build relationships with other organisations, and organised behaviours to ensure successful implementations and reporting.
