OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. Our business
What you will get an insight in

Supporting the operations and development of the OMV Innovation and Technology center in Gänserndorf

• Support the ITC daily operations: manage events and tour bookings, support with event logistic organization
• Help maintaining and improving ITC tools, e.g. calendar, Sharepoint site and booking automation system
• Support with the internal and external communication
• Do research to support the ITC development
• Help preparing documents and presentations

What we are looking for

• You are fluent in English and German
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office package (Power-Automate is a plus)
• You are outgoing and easily establish solid relationships with stakeholders
• You are self-confident in your abilities and can integrate well into a team
• You work precisely and independently
• You have solid organizational/administrative skills
