On-call Trainee
We are now looking for a

Responsible for supporting Contract Manufacturing category at ES&O with following main tasks:

• eRFQ management
• Compiling RFQ package from cross-functional teams
• Preparing eRFQ
• Helping potential Suppliers in eRFQ tool and process
• Data analysis of submitted quotes
• ECN cost tracking
• Following made ECNs of our products from cost point of view
• Consolidating made changes and their price effect to quarterly price lists
• Delivery reliability reporting and follow-up
• Supporting Contract manufacturing team members on various ad hoc reports and data analytics
• NDA management with new suppliers

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication skills
• Good IT skills e.g excel and experience or willingness to learn PowerBi etc reporting systems
• Attention to details, analytical mindset
• Ability to take responsibility
• Studies or previous work experience on Supply Chain is considered as a plus
• Most important is can-do attitude and willingness to learn – others we teach you.
