Description:
Doing Site visits to vendorsto initiate required payment.
Do online research on vendors and maintain contact information.
Schedule site visits.
Make and receive collections calls where required.
Assist with general service requests and queries.
Receive, review and communicate settlement requests to relevant teams
Matric/ Grade 12
3 Years experience doing collections
Must haveunderstanding of Financial Products
Advanced MS Office Skills with experience usingSalesforce
Must have excellent communication skills to deal with clients face-to-face and telephonically
Must have valid drivers license and own reliable transport
