KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English and Polish
- Strong Analytic/Troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience in desk side support services with direct customer support
- Strong understanding of MS Windows Operating Systems.
- ServiceNow experience

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently looking for On-site IT Support Technician with Polish willing to assist each line of the business from the technical perspective.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing desk side support services to customer end users
- Engaging with software vendors and third-party solutions integrators on technical details
- Inventory management
- Execution of moving and retiring of IT infrastructure and IT systems in collaboration with global groups
- Cooperating with the global IT organization for decommissioning of servers and configuration of the IT network
