JOB TITLE: Onboarding Analyst
LOCATION: Smith Street, Guernsey
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

An exciting new role has become available within the Commercial Onboarding team to support the business growth objectives of the Fiduciary, Funds & Commercial business within the Crown Dependencies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting both new and existing clients with account opening, ensuring a seamless and proactive service experience.

What You’ll Need
Working in the Commercial Onboarding Team, you will be acting as a subject matter expert, responsible for the onboarding of new clients from a range of sectors including large corporates, Trust & Corporate Service Providers and Captives.
You will be a member of a dedicated Onboarding team providing technical subject matter expertise to execute the onboarding process in line with Group-wide and local policy requirements and minimum standards in accordance with agreed risk appetite.

The role will require you to;

  • Responsible for explaining and supporting with KYC/due diligence requirements to external clients.
  • Undertaking the onboarding process for our clients which can also include account opening, data inputting & quality checking.
  • Support clients throughout the onboarding journey to ensure the best start to their relationship with Lloyds Bank by telephone, email and online channels.

We just need you to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Work under pressure and apply logical thinking to problem solving
  • Build & maintain internal / external relationships
  • Communicate with individuals at all levels
  • Take responsibility for queries / issues through to resolution
  • Manage expectations of all internal and external customers
  • Prioritise workloads
  • Work to strict deadlines

Any experience of these would be useful:

  • Working knowledge of AML and prior account opening experience.
  • Oral and Written Communication - Strong communication skills
  • Organisational Awareness – Knows how to get things done and gain commitment.
  • Attention to Detail – Be able to complete account opening to a high standard.
  • Ideally with Financial Services experience.
