Description:

For a leading recruitment client, we are seeking a onboarding Consultant to join an onboarding team on a part time basis. This consultative role focuses on engaging with potential clients through pre-scheduled, inbound calls to understand their unique recruitment needs and guide them through the initial stages of our specialized recruitment services.
Note: These are inbound video meetings that are set for you. There is no cold calling or outbound sales required. This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1-3 consultative meetings daily with potential clients inquiring about recruitment services
  • Engage in high-level, strategic conversations to understand clients’ business objectives and recruitment challenges
  • Utilize expert questioning techniques to uncover underlying hiring needs and priorities
  • Follow a structured yet flexible approach to qualify each enquiry effectively
  • Provide initial insights and recommendations based on gathered information
  • Articulate the value proposition of the recruitment services in a compelling manner
  • Seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to internal recruitment specialists
  • Maintain a highly professional demeanor throughout all client interactions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven background in consulting or the recruitment industry
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage in executive-level conversations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to quickly grasp complex business needs and translate them into recruitment requirements
  • Highly professional demeanor and polished presentation skills
  • Ability to build instant rapport and credibility with potential clients
  • Flexibility to work within US business hours

Hours and Work Schedule

  • Part-time position (1-3 consultative calls per day)
