Description:
ServcoCanada is looking for an Onboarding/HSE Administrator to join our team in Regina and help support the growth we continue to see.

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Completion of College level courses in the areas of safety and construction
- 1-3 years of related experience in Health and Safety Administration
- Field exposure to industrial projects
- NHSA designation or working to obtain
- NCSO, applicable safety professional experience or working to obtain
- OHS Certificate or working to obtain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment with interpersonal communication skills - written and oral
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple intake channels efficiently
- Own transportation is required as you will be required to work in the office

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding of craft employees
- Coordinate safety training
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies.
- Review and revise safety documentation
- Perform safety inspections and hazard assessments of facilities and equipment
- Investigate and report safety incidents and violations.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve safety conditions.
- Complete Annual COR Audits
- Manage contractor qualifying platforms such as ISNetworld, Contractor Check, Avetta, Complyworks, etc.
