Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure the adoption of digital solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
o Create stakeholder maps.
o Manage and report on adoption dashboards.
o Oversee the adoption journey for multiple stakeholder groups.
o Quickly and efficiently resolve complaints from stakeholders.
- Digital Projects and Adoption: Ensure that stakeholders remain informed and engaged to support the success of digital projects.
- Satisfaction Monitoring: Identify services required to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and implement strategies to meet these needs.
- Communication Strategies: Autonomously design communication strategies and manage their implementation to increase adoption of digital solutions.
- Plan Development: Create and enforce plans that help meet stakeholder needs and adoption targets, from awareness to action.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to relevant structures and management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree (Level 7 of the European Qualification Framework or equivalent) as per DIGIT-TM II service requirements.
- Specific Expertise:
o 3+ years in customer relationship management practices and tools.
o 3+ years in customer segmentation and issue resolution (e.g., product-specific challenges).
o 4+ years experience using Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint).
o 4+ years onboarding experience, particularly in IT for interconnected systems.
Non-Technical Skills
- Ability to work autonomously, manage workloads independently, and provide regular status updates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on understanding stakeholder needs.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to foster positive relationships.
- Aptitude for clear documentation and presentation creation.
- Leadership and teamwork skills, especially under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and on large international projects.
Additional
- Experience working in international/multicultural teams.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish (Level C1) is an advantage.
During the performance of above listed tasks, external service provider may have an access to sensitive or secured data or to secured areas. The proposed candidate must be therefore security clearable (EU-27 security clearance)
