THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our Partner and Client Onboarding team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Transitions Services and working in a fast-paced environment, the Onboarding Officer is expected to provide high-quality customer service by managing all aspects of onboarding of new advisors. The highly motivated and energetic professional ensures that all advisor, client and head office requests and inquiries are handled promptly with care and accurately, adhering to the established service levels.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in an Operations or Service Center role
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with process improvement and documentation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge and experience of Dataphile is an asset
- This role is required to conduct business in French. Bilingual in English is an asset and is strongly preferred
- Ability to work EST standard hours
