Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Project Manager to oversee the successful onboarding of new employees within the NHS New Hospital Programme (NHP).

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in HR, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing onboarding processes within large organisations.
Excellent organisational and project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Onboarding Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process, ensuring that new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively into the programme. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline the onboarding process and enhance the new hire experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires within the NHP.
Work closely with HR, IT, and operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Develop and implement onboarding strategies that improve new hire engagement and retention.
Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, making improvements as needed.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
