Description:

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Administration, Commercial, or similar.
  • 1- 3 years of related and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of the IT Sector, mainly Cloud solutions.
  • Languages: Intermediate English
  • Commercial experience, such as Sales Analyst, Sales Support or similar.
  • Commercial experience in managing KPIs and goals.
  • Commercial relationship skills with clients and internal areas.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Customer orientation
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient and comfortable with excel and presentations.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

To act as an internal support to the Google vendor business lead, to drive profitable market share growth through supporting the business planning execution, pipeline management and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve GOOGLE Adoption by facilitating sales processes for clients.
  • Engages with the Business Unit and/or General sales floor, running desk trainings and driving product mind share.
  • Deliver presentations of the solutions’ portafolio to prospects or clients.
  • Support development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth
  • Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company’s CRM system.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics related to GOOGLE sales.
  • Weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline
  • Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
  • Support execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager
  • Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly
  • The point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floor
  • Provide direction for the development and maintenance of web tools such as InTouch, Licensing Online (LOL) as well as vendor micro-sites and online configurators
  • Communicate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions to clients and the internal sales teams
