Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Delivering high quality onboarding plans to drive usage and adoption of LN products.
- Working with key contacts at new accounts to roll out onboarding programme to ensure their users get the best from their investment.
- Managing and coordinating new customer onboarding activities, acting as the primary contact for all customer onboarding queries.
- Prioritising your time and diary effectively to ensure you meet set weekly and monthly KPI’s.
- Working cross functionally with account managers and customer success teams to provide a great customer journey.
- Delivering superior client services by going above and beyond to ensure positive customer experiences
