YOUR PROFILE

  • Business level in Swedish and English - both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy troubleshooting problems and overcoming technical and non-technical challenges
  • You’re a good listener who’s naturally interested to dig in, ideate, and find solution
    If you have additional language such as Arabic this will make us extra intrigued! We also believe that you have some previous experience from a customer success role, maybe even within a SaaS-company
    Lastly, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, while still knowing how to have a fun and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Start-up meeting with client to go through the setup process
  • Successfully onboard new customers, help set up their account and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide trainings and educations to the customers to improve their knowledge about our product
  • Provide technical expertise on a high level to the customers
  • Advocating for the customer by taking their feedback and sharing it with other departments, to improve processes and product offerings
  • Open communication and collaboration with other departments within the company
