Reimagined Parking is looking for The Onboarding Specialist will have a passion for helping new employees get off to a great start at Reimagined Parking. This role will be responsible for onboarding all employees into the company in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring full requirements are met at the time of hire. This includes the completion of all new hire paperwork and ensuring the accuracy of the data entered into the HRIS system. The perfect candidate needs to be located in the US-East coast, i.e New York, Miami, New Jersey
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- USCIS I-9 and E-Verify compliant practice skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent “customer service” demeanor.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The willingness and ability to quickly learn new computer software/systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of timeframes and deadlines.
- Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Minimum of 2 years of years of Human resources experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in employee onboarding required.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related subject matter preferred.
- UKG experience a plus

Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive onboarding experience to new employees and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Answer onboarding support inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Partner up with Field Recruiter to provide efficient new hire experience to candidates.
- Order and adjudicate background checks, drug tests, and MVRs.
- Coordinate the completion of the I-9s and review for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide weekly reports on work authorization compliance audits.
- Resolve I-9 and E-Verify cases independently and on time.
- Address any new hire queries regarding their new role.
- Activate employee profiles in Payroll system (UKG)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all new hire requirements are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
