Responsibilities
This role will be accountable for supporting the Oncology marketing team as well as cross-therapeutic area CMO activities. They will work closely with the Oncology marketing team to execute key defined marketing projects, as well as leading the launch of imlunestrant in close partnership with the lead brand manager for Verzenio. Also, this role will support general marketing operations with a focus on special transformational initiatives and IBU onboarding, as well as the CMO governance agenda, follow-up, and documentation.
This role would report directly to the CMO, Oncology Business Unit Head, with dotted line reporting to the Associate Director - Oncology Commercial Lead. This person should work very closely with the entire Oncology cross-functional team as well as with the CMO to support on particular projects across therapeutic areas.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • Knowledge of the Lilly marketing process
  • Experience supporting a major brand from a marketing capacity
  • Success with omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of equal priority
  • Project Management experience

Responsibilities:

ONCOLOGY MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES (75%)

  • Brand strategy, operational plan, and activity support of Verzenio as the leading product of the portfolio
  • Leading pre-launch and launch planning of imlunestrant as the lead marketer
  • Dotted line to Oncology Commercial Lead, as well as close partnership with lead Oncology Brand Manager

CMO OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (25%)

  • Support of IBU and ARS transformational initiatives on a per-project basis
  • CMO Governance and materials process support
  • Partnership and support where needed with affiliate marketing ambassadors
