THE ROLE

As a Bar Supervisor at Oncore by Clare Smyth, you will be responsible for leading a team of attendants across shift, ensuring efficient table service for each guest. You will be reporting to the Bar Manager and overseeing the cocktail bar operations. The Bar Supervisor is a key role in delivering and presenting our beverage menu for exceptional guest experiences.

Other responsibilities include:

• Supporting the bar’s operational plan - adhering to daily procedures and managing inventory
• Supervise and lead a team of bartenders across lunch and dinner services
• Assist with reporting, financial reconciliation and escalations as needed
• Provide exceptional guest service in line with Oncore by Clare Smyth and Crown’s premium offering
• Support two-way communication with a focus on continuous improvement

Oncore by Clare Smyth welcomes guests Tuesday – Saturday. This role will be based onsite at Crown Sydney, Barangaroo and is a permanent full-time opportunity.
