The opportunity
Online Adjunct Faculty – Marketing
Southern New Hampshire University is looking for faculty to teach in our Marketing program. Our online faculty provide high-quality academic experiences and support students as they work toward their educational goals. You will work collaboratively in a supportive academic environment, partnering with student advising and the academic team to ensure that each student has the support and tools they need to be successful.
We are looking for faculty for the following courses:
- MKT-405 Customer-centric Design
In this Role You’ll Get To:
- Provide a high level of student outreach and connect with students, academic advisors and team leaders on a frequent basis to ensure student success
- Engage with students, offering an increased presence in the classroom
- Provide substantial student feedback and offer a quick turnaround on grades
What we’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree or higher in Marketing or MBA with 15 graduate credit hours in Marketing REQUIRED
- 2+ years of professional experience in customer research, customer journey development and/or insights REQUIRED
- 2+ years of teaching at the college level
- Experience with an LMS (Learning Management System)
Work Hours:
This posting is hiring for future term starts, dates to be assigned later.
Compensation:
The standard compensation is $2,200 per 8-week for most undergraduate courses and $2,500 for most 10-week graduate terms. Adjuncts are paid bi-weekly and are considered W-2 employees of Southern NH University.

Compensation
