Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital advertising and managing online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market and consumer behavior, particularly in the digital advertising space.
- Ability to create and manage bilingual (Chinese and Portuguese) content for digital ads, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex strategies to Chinese and Portuguese-speaking colleagues.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Creative, results-driven, and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to optimize campaigns for the best performance.
- Experience in a technology-driven industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Online Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns aimed at Brazilian consumers, working closely with both Chinese and Portuguese-speaking teams. You will ensure that campaigns are localized effectively and tailored to cultural preferences, ensuring engagement and optimal performance in the Brazilian market. Your language fluency in Chinese, Portuguese, and English will be key in communicating campaign strategies to internal teams, as well as presenting results in a clear, actionable manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) targeting Brazilian consumers while ensuring content is culturally appropriate and effective.
- Collaborate with Chinese-speaking colleagues to explain advertising strategies and concepts in Chinese, ensuring seamless communication within the team.
- Work with Portuguese-speaking colleagues to deliver clear, localized ad content and strategies for the Brazilian market.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders in English, ensuring all campaign reports, performance insights, and strategies are presented clearly.
- Create, localize, and optimize ad copy and creatives in Chinese and Portuguese for social media, search engines, and display ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and metrics in real-time, optimizing campaigns for maximum reach and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with trends, behaviors, and preferences in Brazil, especially within the digital advertising space.
- Provide performance reports to management and cross-functional teams, offering insights and recommendations in English, Chinese, and Portuguese.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between teams based in different regions and language groups to maintain consistent messaging and alignment with marketing goals.
