Role overview –Trainee-Proceso de aprendizaje de los procesos dentro de Online Communities y plataforma interna.
What will I be doing? – Haciendo parte de un equipo y apoyando a un Community Manager Jr o Sr en el diseño de actividades de engagement y research que corren en nuestra plataforma digital, moderación y análisis de las mismas actividades.
What do I need to bring with me? – Alta disposición para aprender, disposición para corregir sobre la marcha, entusiasmo por el trabajo en equipo, capacidad de escucha y empatía hacia el consumidor, curiosidad por querer conocer más e ir más allá del discurso.
