POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Community Manager at Axelera AI, you will be the face and voice of our brand within the AI industry. Your primary focus will be on building trust and credibility within the community, leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to foster meaningful relationships. You will be responsible for engaging with our audience, promoting our products, and creating an inclusive environment where community members feel valued and heard.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Industry Knowledge & Experience: Deep understanding of the AI industry, with experience in community management or a similar role within the tech sector.
  • Credibility: Established presence or credibility within the AI community, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Passion for Community Building: Genuine interest in fostering a positive and supportive community environment, with a commitment to promoting Axelera AI’s products and brand.
  • Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools to engage and grow our community.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement creative strategies to engage the community, drive product awareness, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing community engagement data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to enhance the community experience.
  • Experience in the maker space community (e.g. Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for our community, responding to questions, engaging in discussions, and facilitating conversations around our products and AI industry trends.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and share relevant content that resonates with our community, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters. Curate AI industry news and insights to keep our community informed and engaged.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, AI industry leaders, and active community members to enhance Axelera AI’s visibility and credibility.
  • Event Planning: Organize and host community events, webinars, and meetups to foster deeper connections and promote our AI products within the community.
  • Product Advocacy: Promote Axelera AI’s products and services by showcasing their value to the community, gathering and sharing feedback, and advocating for features that meet community needs.
  • Community Growth: Develop strategies to grow our community organically, including outreach to new members and fostering engagement among existing members.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track community engagement metrics, provide regular reports on community activities, and suggest improvements based on data and community feedback.
  • Open-Source Content Creation and Solutions: Encourage our community to enhance our SDK and share their solutions online. Actively engage with the community to collaboratively address and solve issues posted online.
