As a member of the Online Demand Creation team at GE Vernova, you will be an active contributor towards generating new leads and influencing existing deals for the Power businesses. Your role will partner across the businesses to drive enhanced customer engagement and experience – online and offline.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s Degree in connected field of study or equivalent experience
- Major experience in marketing and/or communications experience with a large portion of that focused in digital media, preferable in a related industry
- Experience working directly with Salesforce, Marketo, SmartSheets, Triblio, Tableau and Adobe Analytics
- Proven experience in driving multi-channel marketing campaigns for a global B2B company
- Experience with email planning, creation and executive and practical application of digital paid media such as AdWords and LinkedIn
- English fluency
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading global campaign planning, execution and optimization for prioritized business campaigns, aligning the necessary resources to drive efficiency and collaboration, with a clear understanding of business goals, objectives and KPIs to support the sales pipeline for key business initiatives.
- Using a Lean approach lead end-to-end on-line campaign life cycle including: campaign strategy development and set-up; creation of innovative, successful and measurable content; promotional planning and execution to include SEM, display, email, and social and paid media; ongoing analysis, and optimizations to drive qualified leads to sales and influence existing customers.
- Collaborate with the content team and support the development of innovative, successful and measurable omni-channel campaign content including landing pages, web personalization, webinars, email, and promotions to drive qualified leads to sales.
- Regularly measure and report on campaign performance and results against internal goals and external benchmarks and be able to explain campaign performance to non-experts.

- Monitor digital analytics against KPIs, evaluating and optimizing for strong performance and ensuring a proactive feedback loop on campaign learnings to influence future strategies and create valuable actionable recommendations
- Analyze engagement of campaign at the account level and inform / keep track of best performing channels to reach our target
- Support continual digital strategy growth through external bench-marking and communication of new trends and applications.
