We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Online Fulfilment Manager. Based in Northallerton, and working closely with our Support Centre, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling online shopping orders and meeting our customer’s expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a Managerial/ Team Leader role.
  • Retail background or experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs.
  • Work with efficiency accuracy and pace.
  • Collaborative with great communication skills. Building relationships is key, working across various functions and stakeholders.
  • Versatile. Ready and willing to learn new warehouse management systems and reporting tools for online orders.
  • Commercially insightful. You have a successful track record in the achievement of targets and objectives, with an ability to stay ahead of competitors and deliver excellence.
  • Focused and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships business wide ensuring cross functional working where possible and relevant.
  • Have a flexible Management style and can-do attitude to approach tasks.
  • Be accountable for owning and delivering objectives including compliances, reducing costs and driving productivity.
  • Be able to plan, organise and deliver against volume forecast.
  • Deliver a brilliant customer experience whilst achieving budget KPI’s.
  • Develop plans to foster business opportunities.
  • Ensure that the Northallerton Fulfilment Centre is always fully compliant with trading standards and H&S legislation.
