As an Online Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) in BENELUX, you will be an essential addition to the Instagrid team, actively contributing to our global growth. Your role is located in our regional team and you will be providing a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll play a central part in attracting and serving customers. Moreover, your efforts will be instrumental in expanding our presence across all countries in the BENELUX region, making a significant impact on our global journey to success.

In this integrated role, you will:

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute localized marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with the instagrid brand.
  • Gather market insights and data within key industries and use this information to shape and inform localized content and campaigns.
  • Translate product positioning into compelling marketing messages that resonate with the local target audience and industries.
  • Manage, create and adapt engaging, market-specific content across various formats and touchpoints, encompassing social media, email marketing, customer case studies, PR articles, and trade fair materials.
  • Ensure the availability of localized sales support materials, including brochures, sales decks, and other collateral, to empower the sales force and key external stakeholders (customers, prospects, trade organizations).
  • Identify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance market awareness and generate leads through online and offline campaigns, focusing on acquiring, nurturing, and engaging customers.
  • Manage the local marketing budget and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including trade fair campaigns, to enhance their impact.
  • Organize and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions, ensuring successful instagrid representation and the promotion of our products and solutions.
  • Contribute to global marketing efforts and engage in knowledge exchange across markets to shape the future of instagrid within the local region and worldwide.
  • Bachelor in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Several years of marketing experience, supported by a proven track record.
  • Flexible, positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive and growth-driven spirit.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in English, French, Dutch, or in all of them.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, tools, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media management.
  • Understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics.
