Existing as a marketing extension for groups large and small, Practis makes it easier for clients to spend less time on their marketing and more time on the patient. We’re looking for a results oriented and enthusiastic Online Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the research and analysis to improve a website’s ranking on search engines like Google. This involves helping search engines find our clients websites for target keywords and displaying them to patients. You will also need to ensure that client needs are met, deliverables are completed on time, and performance milestones/goals are achieved.

WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:

  • One year of digital marketing experience, preferred in a healthcare related field
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or a applicable discipline.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in SEO best practices including content development and social media.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite products including, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Experience with WordPress a plus.
  • Organizational skills as well as a diligent, self-starter style personality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and provide insight in a digestible manner.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Google Analytics Certification

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Perform keyword research, organic search and paid campaign result analysis and reporting.
  • Identify areas of optimization for clients and manage implementation
  • Develop detailed recommendations for site changes and a comprehensive backlink strategy
  • Design, develop, optimize and monitor digital organic and paid search campaigns for clients
  • Execute recommended SEO optimizations
  • QC all work before and after launch
  • Monitor client site and competitor site changes
  • Analyze campaign performance and compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights.
  • Interface with clients, providing recommendations on opportunities to optimize campaign results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive strategies for client success.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships and drive high customer satisfaction
  • Researching keywords and implementing new standard pages of content.
