Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Online Tutor at Filo. The Online Tutor will be responsible for delivering live instant tutoring sessions to students, providing academic assistance, explanations, and solutions in real-time. Tutors will engage in interactive teaching sessions to help students understand concepts and improve their learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area being tutored
- Experience in online tutoring and delivering interactive lessons
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to adapt teaching methods to suit students’ learning styles
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to students
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
