Romero Games is looking for Online Programmers to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will design, implement and integrate online features for an unannounced high-profile live service PC and console title. As part of a thriving independent development studio, you will have a significant impact and contribute on multiple levels to the games we make.
Ideally, you can relocate to join us in Galway, Ireland, but a remote role is also possible for the right candidate in a European timezone. In your cover letter or email, please note your preference (remote/hybrid/onsite in Galway).
There are two open positions for Online programmers with different target start dates - October and December 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design and implement online features to support the running of a major live service game
• Integrate online features into game client
• Support the game team using these features
• Plan and estimate schedules for the work required to implement services in a timely manner
