Description:
42.5 HOUR WEEK , MONDAY – FRIDAY
RSD Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established Generator business in order to recruit for their Onsite Engineer!
We are looking for independent and confident individuals with a strong background in diesel generators, diesel engines and mechanics.
Responsibilities:
- Service, repair and maintain generators to the manufactures specifications and to ensure machine reliability and safety.
- Have a keen eye for detail, reporting machine defects and upselling the services wherever possible.
- Successfully diagnose faults prior to initiating and completing a repair.
- Complete risk assessments in line with company health and safety policy and ensure safe working practices are in place at all times.
- Accurately ordering parts with the parts department
- Working closely with the service department and management team
- Any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfil the role
