PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous event coordination experience, preferably music-related
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills
• Highly organized and efficient. Time management skills are key.
• Leadership skills and experience managing small teams
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in public speaking.
• The role involves travel and a driver’s license is essential.
• Willing to learn from mistakes and give feedback on ways of improving the Candlelight experience
• Collaborative approach and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks
• Fluent English speaker
• Strong academic and classical music background are a plus
  The role is based in Brisbane with essential travel to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba on a regular basis.
