REQUIREMENTS
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider. (Desired)
- Must have vehicle and full drivers license. (Mandatory)

Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to one of our customers
- Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions
- Experience opportunities to support Servers, Networking and other IT equipment
- Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain a best practice environment
- Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software
