QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client relations, preferable in the Managed Services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client retention goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Sales or business development experience a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the site team and manage day-to-day operations for mail, logistics and messenger services
  • Team management –
  • Recruit and train new staff for both permanent and back-up positions to ensure that the site is adequately staffed at all times
  • To meet and overcome operational and service delivery challenges;
  • To provide inspirational people leadership for site based employees;
  • Maintain a healthy P&L for the site to ensure profitability of operations
  • Manage and build a sales pipeline for existing and new customers delivering on a new business pipeline and existing customer billing.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with all stakeholders
  • Facilitation and leadership of weekly, monthly and quarterly client review meetings;
  • Monitor and report on account performance, provide regular updates to senior management
  • Schedule regular catchups with other OFP tenants to assess needs, address concerns and identify new opportunities
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling DBL’s products and services
  • Ensure all site documentation (SOP, BCP, etc) are followed and updated regularly
