OFFICE COORDINATOR
Oscoda Plastics has an opening for an Office Coordinator. The position is located in Oscoda, Michigan. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits!
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- MS Office skills required to include excellent proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google docs/sheets
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Previous sales or administrative office experience required

Responsibilities:
- Primary person to answer phone calls, take messages, and answer door cameras/intercoms
- Schedule contractors for training and update training forms as necessary
- Will book hotels and other arrangements for customers coming in for training
- Order and update office supplies as needed
- Call sales reps to get shipping information on open orders
- Input daily customer orders
- Assist with personnel paperwork, security badges, and timecards
- Plan and track the movement of goods using necessary software
