REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Develop and maintain software solutions using OT Design Manager OT Designer OT Empower Editor and OT Exstream Comm Server Dev.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test new features.
• Ensure the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain documentation for software solutions ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys software solutions remain competitive.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of software solutions.
• Optimize software solutions for performance scalability and maintainability.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by developing software solutions that have a positive impact on society.

REQUIREDED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience
• Possess strong experience in OT Design Manager OT Designer OT Empower Editor and OT Exstream Comm Server Dev.
• Demonstrate proficiency in OT Live Editor and OT Exstream is a plus.
• Exhibit domain knowledge in Payer is advantageous.
• Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
