OpenShift Cloud Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree Any Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
• Must have three (4) years of experience in Cloud : Containers; delivering presentations to technical, management, and executive levels; OpenShift Administrator; Linux; and Cloud platforms.
• 5+ years sales or delivery experience for an enterprise software, SaaS, cloud provider or consulting organization.
• Experience with one of the major cloud service provider(CSP) technologies, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, GCP etc.

• Deep understanding of the Red Hat OpenShift cluster, container, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) space assisting in cluster builds, deployments, and administration in Cloud
• Configure and manage networking within the cluster such as set up service definitions, configuring networking policies, and ensuring that applications can communicate with each other both within and outside the cluster.
• Provide L3 support for Red Hat OCP, which includes change, system administration, performance and availability management.
• Provide deployment support and fixes of Red Hat OCP configuration and implementation.
• Experience in Cloud computing platforms such as AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue and RDS
• Execute the multi-cloud strategy and achieve the milestones for cloud adoptions in alignment with technical strategies for organization
• Support enterprise customers, implementing automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions
• Hands-on experience in working with Kafka ecosystem (Kafka Brokers, Kafka Connect, Zookeeper), Kafka administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
