DESCRIPTION:

• Set up, administer, and maintain OpenText components within the S/4HANA environment.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities to maintain optimal system performance.
• Monitor and manage OpenText workloads to ensure balanced performance and resource utilization.
• Perform system administration tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the OpenText environment.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that the OpenText solution integrates seamlessly with the overall S/4HANA system.
• Develop and document system configuration and performance tuning procedures to ensure long-term system stability.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in OpenText component setup, administration, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of system administration tasks, including troubleshooting and managing OpenText environments.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations, particularly with OpenText integration.
• Ability to plan and execute system upgrades, monitor system performance, and balance workloads.
• Experience in performance tuning to maintain optimal resource utilization.
• Experience working on public sector projects, preferably state and local governments.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques specific to OpenText and S/4HANA environments.
