Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for and coordinating the office and operational areas.
- Answering and transferring outbound calls.
- Welcome site guests in a warm and friendly manor.
- Arrange meetings and take minutes.
- Administration support for the Management Team.
- Provide supporting documentation for meetings.
- Use of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Help to prepare and dispatch reports.
- Managing stock control and ordering PPE.
- Support the management team in ordering and purchasing goods and services through Ultimo.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and promote our culture and ethos.
