Work Hours

• Weekday working hours 9am to 5pm (exclude sat, sun & PH)

Scope of work:

• Clean down robot compartments at the start and end of operation timing
• Setup robot 30mins before robot operation time
• Power down the robot at the end of the day store the robot in the secured location provided and ensure the robot battery is sufficiently charged before the next working day
• Check-in with all food merchants and ensure the POS machine is running well and ready daily for food operation
• Check on the food aggregator app for readiness
• Report and liaise with stakeholders and/or food merchants on any incidents (robot and order issues) during operation timing
• Provide a weekly report to capture the number of deliveries performed
• Log, report, and handle any order dispute incidents if any
• Monitor robot status and assist in troubleshooting and performing robot recovery if any
• Monitor delivery status and assist in opening manual doors for robot navigation
• Manual intervention to the robot to resolve any issues reported by the backend support staff
• All Age populations are welcome.
• The working place is near Woodland (Woodlands North Coast)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
