Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal and external deadlines of our client and sales team projects.
- Responsible for completing various administrative tasks, including organizing documents, and preparing reports, ensuring consistency of data and KPIs
- Play a role in enforcing the organization’s policies and standards to ensure compliance within the company.
- Act as liaison when working with cross-functional teams to resolve requests (sales, finance)
- Assist Line Manager in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly, including team and resource planning.
- Handle and report recurring issues to continuously improve the process.
- Perform a diverse range of duties to support the efficiency of daily business operations.
