Job Brief: The Operation Coordinator focuses on strategic planning working with the General Manager on operations and safety, maintaining operational integrity, generating and reviewing policies, and managing customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for operations and safety.
  2. Support the General Manager in setting long-term goals and creating actionable plans for operations and safety.
  3. Ensure operations align with client agreements and company policies.
  4. Assist in generating and reviewing operational and safety policies.
  5. Manage customer relationships and address feedback promptly.
