Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge
- Training and support provided
- Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, great team spirit
- Able to handle multi-tasking, and cope with a fast-paced environment
- Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience
Responsibilities:
- Arranging import/export shipments for customers
- Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer’s shipments to various destinations
- Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)
- Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities
- To generate reports as and when required.
- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up
