Operation Executive (Non-Ferrous Metal)

Seeking an Operation Executive (Non-Ferrous Metal) for an international trading house. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth scheduling and day-to-day operations, swiftly addressing and escalating any issues to prevent potential risks.

• Operational Reporting: Provide essential updates on operational processes and complete additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Regional Operations Manager.
• Communication: Act as a primary contact for internal and external inquiries, maintain client relations, and collaborate with traders and teams for smooth operations and solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve internal and external issues, participate in team meetings to address operational challenges, and provide coverage as needed.
• Cargo Expertise: Understand shipment procedures, industry standards, and regulations for various transport modes including truck, rail, and maritime.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage cargo inventory, interact with ports and terminals, and ensure compliance with international shipment regulations.
• Documentation and Reconciliation: Handle trade recaps, contract execution, Letters of Credit, and documentation. Maintain accurate records, reconcile month-end inventory, and address discrepancies.
